I’m trying to learn more about how our most committed members view IVA as an organization. You are encouraged to complete as many of the questions as possible. Please note that this is a personal research project, and is not an official IVA research project. IVA has been notified that this research project is underway, but it is not officially affiliated with the organization.

The information collected through this project may be used to help IVA with their marketing, event planning, and other business planning purposes. You have the option to give me permission to share your responses with IVA for these purposes, or you may also decline to share your responses. As mentioned above, participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and you are welcome to decline participation altogether if you wish.
